haaai what is this 'dark age' thing that is happening at San Beda? Has anyone of you aware of this?

i happen to pass by a friend's post here and to my shock and dismay.. this is what i've found. GOSH! i can not believe how shaky is, the ground that our school is standing on.

San Beda used to have a good image, and i believe that it still has it, and yet.. why? how? what the hell?!

just to sum up what i have just read.. the present administration is the one causing all this shitty things to happen! The philosophy dep't was closed. Canteen / other maintainance staffs were forced to resign. Magna Carta, and the uniform policy, are neglected. The Rector-president's bad image. etc. etc. and yet, (i fear) more to come..

Why are these things happening??

First. Why, of all dep'ts at SBC, do they close the Philo Dep't for? Ang ganda ganda ng Philo at Beda, and to think na Beda has always been known for producing good LAWYERS and LAW-makers, why blend admin-shitty-politics with academics??!

Sayang, even i, as an IT student @ SBC, proud ako of my PHILO profs. kasi talagang magagaling sila. I even encouraged my bro. to take up PHILO ehh.

Second. Force-resignation of employees - Why? So that they can easily control, manipulate and just, like - sorry for the word, throw them? What kind of leadership example is that?

Whereas SBC's values pa man din ay "To become fully human, wholly Christian,Truly Filipino and Globally Competitive" - - nasan ang pagiging makatao dun?

Third. Magna-Carta issue and the uniform policy issue. For Christ's sake.. ang tagala ng issue nito at hindi pa rin magawan ng paraan or solusyon ng admin.? shit. nakaka-asar.

Lastly. Bad-image ng Rector. i don't want to comment. masyadong harsh
